Zhangjun Fei (Boyce Thompson Institute/Cornell) has sequenced I. batatas Beauregard and created a haplotype-resolved chromosome-scale genome assembly (version 3). The genome assembly has been annotated by Robin Buell and her group at the University of Georgia.
